Wholesale Terms and Conditions


Prices are subject to change without notice.  While we try to have stocks of all products, we can’t guarantee that all prints are available at the time of purchase. We will always offer an alternative product.


We understand that each business’ profit margins differ. Our RRP is just a reference point. We have a few simple rules with pricing:

  • Planet Revive products must be priced at least the RRP on your website.
  • Prices are subject to change. While we do try to keep our prices competitive there are times our suppliers change their pricing without notice. We will always provide a quote prior to charging if this occurs.


Simply fill in the REGISTRATION FORM. Once you are accepted you will be notified via email. You will then be able to log in to your own account and have access to all products at the wholesale pricing. Minimum orders are set at $300. If your order does not reach $300, then retail prices will be reflected in the cart. Payment then can be made via Bank Deposit. Afterpay and Paypal is not available for Wholesale Orders. Once your order has been completed you will be given our bank account details. Immediate payment is required.

  • Shipping will be calculated once the order has been completed.  We only use Sendle or Australia Post (whichever is the most cost effective).  We do not add any additional fees on top of these costs.  We are not responsible for shipping delays due to errors made by the third party company.  You are welcome to pay extra for insurance to cover your shipment.  Simply ask for a quote.  
  • Once your order is completed we will send you an invoice for the shipping cost.
  • The minimum order is $300
  • You can usually expect orders to be shipped between 1-3 weeks, it just depends on the volume and the fabric stock we have on hand and how quickly our suppliers can send our orders to us.  We will always keep you informed of any delays.  We are happy to send part orders but the cost of freight is additional.  


  • Planet Revive Products are only to be sold on a secure and privately hosted website or in a privately owned brick and mortar store.
  • Planet Revive original packaging must remain on product when sold.  


Returns are not accepted for wholesale orders.  If a product is faulty we will require photos of the product and packaging and details of the defect. Any products that are damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping agent for a resolution. Once an order is in transit Planet Revive has no control over the handling. We always ensure that products are packed in quality packaging materials.  Damages or missing product must be reported within 3 business days of the order arriving.  We will require photos including packaging, shipping label and damaged goods.  Planet Revive are not responsible for damages to goods that occur while shipping to your customers. We will also not refund any products that are damaged due to wear and tear by the customer. Once you receive our product and have deemed the product to be ready for sale Planet Revive will not take any responsibility for damages that occur thereafter.
